My sincere thanks for such a lovely heart you made me for my Uncles funeral on Wednesday, it was lovely and as good as the picture shown on the website, in fact I might say better.
Ordering from a distance and not being able to see the goods for real can be very difficult, in our case not so, the telephone process was easy and pleasing the end result was beautiful, thank you so much I cannot praise you enough, all the flowers that you did were great as I believe you did others for our funeral.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you for the wonderful flowers for our Dad's funeral. The cricket stumps were fantastic and Udens managed to fix them to the back of the hearse as you can see in the attached picture. It made a great impression and tribute. Many thanks too for the yellow roses you also sent. It was very touching.
The funeral went very well and was a great send off for our Dad.

Just a few words to say thank you very much for the flowers. You may remember my wife and I were celebrating our 39th Wedding Anniversary whilst visiting friends in Downe. We therefore needed to get them back home to Lincoln safely.
Everything perfect - a beautiful bouquet delivered right on time, and set in a container which survived the journey home.
A week later and the bouquet is still looking lovely.

I have been using Diane's business since 2001 and my family have been using her for a lot longer. My mother does flower arranging for St Mark's Church and always uses Diane's flowers. Diane is friendly on the phone, helpful and always gives you recommendations on the best flowers and arrangements to use for that special occasion. Whenever she delivers the flowers, the arrangements are always spectacular and breathtaking. She always delivers on time and the flowers are never too expensive. That all said, I would use no one else in Biggin Hill to order my flowers from.
Here's hoping she never goes out of business.
